Frequently Asked Questions
For your 1st consultation you'll be asked to give a thorough medical history and the history regarding your present complaint. This will help the physiotherapist to carry out a full physical examination and tests to determine your diagnosis.
The physiotherapist will explain what they have found and establish your treatment and performance goals.
They will carry out some initial treatments as time allows and likely prescribe a home management plan that may include specific rehabilitative exercises.
It's important to wear sensible clothing as you will be required to undress in order to allow the physiotherapist to complete their full assessment. Sensible underwear or close fitting gym clothes are ideal.
